Oh boy did I have FUN! Not only was it sunny and warm in Phoenix, AZ but I was with friends I hadn't seen since last year! And one friend I hadn't seen for 4 years but I will share more about that tomorrow. Always great to be in a big group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators. Our group was as large as I can remember it ever being at a leadership conference. This looks more like the size we were a few conventions ago. Our group grows every year. I am very lucky to be in a group with 2 of the top demonstrators in the whole company too! What an inspiration they are to me!
Here is a picture of all of us. Even though we are in the same group we are from all over the country, yet we stay close with our yahoo group it doesn't even feel like we live all over the country. We have Illinois, Texas, South Dakota, Ohio, Michigan and Maryland represented in this group of 14 of us. I am the one on the left in the black and white skirt, don't let the white legs blind you! (Before I left I was trying everything on and my hubby said....are you going to spray tan those legs?!) Yes, they are white but it's winter right?
So what do we do at a Leadership conference? We Win FREE Product! Not only Stamps but Laurie and I won the new Valentines paper along with the new heart board book and ribbon. (In this picture we hadn't received it yet we were just enthusiatically waiting for it!) Julie who is sitting next to Laurie won the next go around! So we were the lucky group that day!
Then the company gave a FREE stampset to everyone that was in attendance. All 1,000 of us! I can't show it to you because it's from the Summer Mini catalog but let me just say....it's BEAUTIFUL and you will HAVE to have it!! Don't I look excited?!! I AM! I love FREE stamps!
We got to make a lot of great projects using one of the new stampsets we received. They are really nice and I will be sharing them soon.

The last two pictures I want to share today are from the Managers reception. Something I REALLY look forward to each year. I have been going to the leadership conferences longer than I have been going to the annual convention and the Managers reception has been a part of it from the beginning and I would never want to miss it! I have a great group of ladies under me who help me attend each year. Thank you to all Create With M.E. team members! Hoping they can all join me next year!
The Managers reception this year was at the Corona Ranch. We were treated like royalty to a Mexican Rodeo and a meal that was to die for! Shrimp off the barbie, a delicious filet and a chicken enchillada. Finish that off with empanada's for dessert. YUM! Here are a few of us having a good time.
