Today I am working on making 24 of these cards for our annual Spring into Stamping event. There will be close to 100 demonstrators at the meeting but I know from past experience that they won't all be sharing, trading or swaping and I won't have time to get to everyone even if they were. I will be thrilled to swap my card for 24 NEW ideas! I had fun making these "swaps".
I really like the way the Bride Specialty paper in the Idea Book & Catalog takes on color. I have put color on it in a variety of ways but this time I used my sponge daubers and added the coordinating colors of Bermuda Bay, Soft Suede and Old Olive. The paper has a nice shimmer on it that does not take color so it really stands out.
The birdcage stamp comes from the Sale A Bration set called Happy Moments. I really like this set and earned it for FREE (you can too until the end of the month) check my website to see how you can earn it for FREE also.
