Today I held my 3 C's class around my kitchen table. (Coffee, Cookies and Cards) It brings joy to my heart to sit around the kitchen table and visit with other women over a hot cup of coffee or tea and a little treat. Add a little card making and I am giddy! Today we made a card that hopefully will perk someone up! That's why I went straight for the Stamp Set 'Morning Cup'. I love this set probably because I love tea and coffee so much.
Here is the card I came up with for us to create together.
It's a matchbook style card. We used a 11.75 x 4 piece of cardstock as our base. Scored at 1 inch (folded up and stapled) and 6.5 inches. Gives us a 5.5" x 4" finished card. After we got it all put together a few of us had to trim our flap down just a little depending on where we put our staple so keep that in mind. It's not a definitive size.

Surprise! We tucked in a little Spice Cake Designer Series Paper pocket to hold a tea bag for that instant Pick-Me-Up! And as women we all know that 'Caffeine isn't a drug it's a vitamin!' That vitamin that many of us need to start our day with, to do everything on our "to do list!"
