When I saw the Birthday Candles Stampin' Around Wheel (#130111) I fell in love with all the details. The candles are all different and pretty and I could see coloring in the centers of the flower and making this one blue and this one pink...oh wait...it's a wheel oh boy that would be a little difficult. Not impossible but not easy by any means. If only...
If only it was a flat stamp. So i got busy thinking about how to do that so I could do this....
